Tell us within 48 hours
As soon as your order arrives, let us know within 48 hours if you'd like to return or exchange something — by email, phone, or Instagram DM.

Send us a tracking number within 7 days
Once you have your instructions, send your item back and get us the tracking number within 7 days.
We process your exchange or store credit
Once we've received your item, we'll organise an exchange or store credit. Store credit is added directly to your account, and you'll receive an email confirming it — so when you go to check out with the same details you used to place the order, your credit will be visible and ready to use. Your store credit will be valid for a six week exchange period. Given the small size of our business, we're unable to offer refunds for change of mind.
