How to Proceed
Change your mind? Here's exactly what happens, step by step.
Tell us within 48 hours
As soon as your order arrives, let us know within 48 hours if you'd like to return or exchange something — by email, phone, or Instagram DM.
We'll send your return instructions
We'll reply with everything you need to send your item back to us.
Send it back within 7 days
Once you have your instructions, you'll have 7 days to get the item back to us.
We process your exchange or store credit
Once we've received your item, we'll organise an exchange or store credit. Store credit is added directly to your account, and you'll receive an email confirming it — so when you go to check out with the same details you used to place the order, your credit will be visible and ready to use. Given the small size of our business, we're unable to offer refunds for change of mind.
Please note
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.
- Sale items and swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns made outside the 48-hour notice window or the 7-day return period cannot be accepted.
