Choose your size and your card is held, not charged. We text you to make sure the sizing is the best option for you, then try to secure it from Ceres Life. You're only charged once we have it. If your size has sold out, we let you know and release the hold.
We're happy to exchange for incorrect sizing or change of mind. Email us at info@rawedgeboutique.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your order to request authorisation. Once we've replied, please return it within 7 days. When it arrives, we'll email you a credit valid for 21 days.
Items must be in their original condition with all swing tags on. Return postage is at your cost. We recommend Registered Express Post with signature on delivery.
We don't offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. No exchanges on sale items. Underwear and earrings can't be returned unless faulty.
Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be shipped once we have your piece. Delivery times vary by location — check the Australia Post site for an estimate to your address.
